1. The Academic session will commence every year from the month of April having three terms as under:
1st term : April to September. 2nd term : September to December. 3rd term : January to March.
2. Each term will have its proper program for academic tests and extra curricular activities.
3. The daily academic functioning will be as under: Monday to Friday : Full academic classes Saturday & Sunday: Close
4. The daily academic timings during summer and winter will be as under: Morning Shift:(April - March) 08:00 a.m. to 12:45 noon. After noon Shift: (April - March) 01:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.
Annual Holidays:
The academy will observe holidays, breaks and vacations as under: a) All closed holidays as notified by the Government of Pakistan. b) Winter Vacations (10 Days) c) Summer vacations 02 months 2. Proper notice will be issued for the observance of above holidays, breaks and vacations. 3. Besides the above, the management may also declare and grant any holiday in the academy.
